What we collect

When you submit an early access request, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, role, organisation and country. We also collect any message you choose to include. That is all.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics beyond basic server logs. We do not collect data on visitors who do not submit a form.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) - specifically, to respond to your request and evaluate whether ArtLytix is a fit for your needs. We do not process your data for any purpose beyond what you initiated by submitting the form.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your early access request and to contact you about ArtLytix. We will never sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing purposes, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

How long we keep it

We retain your data for up to 12 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion - whichever comes first. After that period, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.

Your rights under GDPR

As a resident of the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data at any time. You also have the right to object to processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@artlytix.com. We will respond within 7 days.

ArtLytix is currently in early development. All content on this site is provided for informational purposes. Product features, pricing and availability are subject to change. By submitting an early access request, you agree to be contacted by our team.

This site is operated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
